I. Brief introduction of Nano Grinder
Nano Grinder uses the material pump to pre-disperse and wet the solid and liquid mixture after the mixer is input into the barrel to realize continuous processing and discharge of the material, which greatly improves the production efficiency and is suitable for the dispersion of various viscosity products. Mainly used in: nano-materials, paints and printing inks, high-quality automotive paints, pigments and dyes, pesticides, papermaking, nano-scale grinding, pharmaceuticals and other industries. The processing fineness can usually reach below 100 nanometers. This equipment adopts mechanical seal to make it fully sealed, which eliminates the loss of solvent volatilization during production and reduces environmental pollution. On the other hand, it prevents air from entering the working cylinder, which prevents the material from drying out during the production process.
